Returns and Refunds
You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased on our website. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. The item(s) must be returned to

in proper condition and in its original packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.
We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:
Replacement. We will replace the item with another one of different size or colour. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.
Although you are free to choose the preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Proud Drinks Ltd or for customers.
How to Return a Purchased Item
1. Please let us know before you return any item by sending an email to email@example.com stating the order number and the reason for your return. Otherwise we might not be able to process your return.
2. Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
3. Return the parcel using any carrier to PROUD Drinks Ltd, 245 Bury New Road, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 8QP
The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. If you would like to return a faulty or damaged item, please discuss the returns process by sending and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
What Happens Next?
We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and processed your return.
A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition an item that has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. there are signs of wear) and were unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return.
If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
If you use a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card and will provide you with a new gift card as they can only be used once.
As our beer is perishable we unfortunately can't accept any returns.
